Chase | Short Sale Delayed | Chase not doing their job |

It is very disappointing when doing a short sale and the lender has approved the short sale and the HUD-1 was send to Chase on Friday November 1, 2013. Today is November 7th. They needed 48-72 hours to review the FINAL HUD to close this file. Six (6) days and we cannot get a response fro CHASE BANK. This is totally unacceptable and uncalled for. I do allot of short sales and have NEVER come across anything like this. We cannot even get anyone to call us back, answer the phone or respond. All we have is excuse after excuse. The funds are a the Title Company waiting to be wired it looks like Chase does not want their money. Who would do business with a company like this?

She has informed us of all "Showings" and given us feed back from prospective buyers. Althought the market is slow I feel confident that if anyone can make a sale in todays climate, Diane can. Today is March 23rd. Diane listed our home on November 6th 2012......went under contract on Feb 11th 2013 and closed on March 22nd 2013........that's less than 5 months......and in a "Not so good market"...... During this time the home was shown 23 times. Diane reported back to me everytime she had news.....be it Positive or Negative.......and she reported in a very timely manner.
