If you are a buyer we need to be sure you have been approved for a loan and to keep you within your budget when making a purchase. You do want to best value when making that purchase RIGHT? So bottom line buyer's want to best home for the best value. Seller's you need to be sure your home is PRICED TO SELL so that plenty of buyer's WANT YOUR home and not the home down the street. Pricing your home is the key. The National Association of Realtor's say that a buyer will look at between 10-15 homes before making their decision. Best home for the best price makes the best sale. See most agents do what I call the 3 P's. They place your home in the Multiple Listing Service, Place a sign in your yard and PRAY it sells. Well I do the other 2 P's. I price watch so that you are sure your home is always priced below and at market value. I mean you do want to sell your home RIGHT? Or do you want to follow the market always behind and when the 6 month listing has expired you wonder why your home did not sell. It is all about PRICING your home.
